Job Title: Head of Marketing Analytics

Location: USA Remote

Salary: $180-220k base + bonus

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop innovative marketing analytical services and solutions.
  • Generate integrated recommendations to assess marketing effectiveness and measure program impact.
  • Establish and report on KPIs to global Marketing leaders and executives.
  • Shape an enterprise vision for advanced analytics contribution to corporate KPIs.
  • Lead campaign-specific marketing analytics to quantify program value and effectiveness.
  • Conduct customer modeling for targeted acquisition approaches.
  • Provide recommendations to drive customer-centric decisions across the organization.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class data science and analytics team.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum BA/BS required; Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant field strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years in Analytics with 5+ years in data science and marketing analytics team management.
  • Experience using BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Proficient in leading customer data science practices, including segmentation, churn, and predictive insights.
  • Mastery in analyzing complex and multi-dimensional marketing and customer data sets.
  • Expertise in campaign management and related technologies like multivariate experimentation and audience segmentation.
  • Proven track record in shaping strategic business decisions through marketing measurements.
  • Strong executive presence and reputation for delivering competitive insights.
  • Familiarity with app/web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Background in designing and leading data visualization toolsets.
  • Experience building and leading marketing analytics teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization.
