Job Title: Senior Vice President, Performance Marketing

Location: USA Remote

Salary: $600-800k Total Compensation (Base + Bonus + Equity)

We're partnered with a leading Consumer Tech brand that are looking to expand their SLT with the addition of an SVP of Performance Marketing. They have experienced exponential growth both domestically and internationally, scaling revenue from $100 million to over $1 billion in just a few years. Now they're looking for a marketing leader that can help take them to the next level.

Role Overview: SVP Performance Marketing

Reporting directly to their COO, you will spearhead performance marketing efforts, influencing their brand presence, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a thriving startup backed by a larger organization, where you can drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all performance marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Optimize campaign strategies, channel mix, and marketing tactics to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
  • Shape the direction of the marketing function, with opportunities for expansion and evolution as the company grows.
  • Manage a substantial marketing budget of over $100 million annually, allocating resources efficiently across various channels.
  • Foster innovation and creativity in marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, preferably in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving revenue growth in high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing teams of similar size and complexity, emphasizing mentorship and team development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer data management and leveraging insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, scrappy marketing environment with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
