Position: Director of Product Analytics

As Director of Product Analytics, you'll spearhead transformative initiatives at the intersection of data-driven insights and healthcare innovation. You'll lead the analytics, data science, and data engineering teams with a focus on optimizing user engagement and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Acumen: Develop analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Data Integrity: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of healthcare data, driving data governance initiatives.
  • Reporting: Own the end-to-end product analytics workflow, disseminating insights to enhance our product's value proposition and marketing strategies.
  • Project/Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative culture and attracting top talent.
  • Deliver Results: Provide strategic direction for analytics deliverables, driving impactful change through effective leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar field
  • 10+ years of analytics experience with deep expertise in product analytics
  • Experience leading analytics efforts within the healthcare industry
  • Technical fluency in SQL, Python and Tableau (or other similar BI tool)
  • Expertise in experimentation and causal inference
  • Prior experience managing and upleveling teams of varying skills, preferably having managed managers
  • Experience leading teams of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers
