Role

Key Responsibilities

THE COMPANY & PROJECT
This agency has recently won a project with a leading clothing retailer that wants to improve its promotions strategy. As part of this, they require a Data Scientist to run deep dives into their pricing structure and its impact on customer behaviour.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Scientist you will be instrumental in developing a promotional strategy to drive the target customer behaviour, day-to-day that will involve:
- Performing Pricing optimisation, forecasting and simulations
- Coding in Python and various Python libraries including PyTorch, Flask, Dash, etc
- Supporting CRM teams with understanding the various segments of customers.
- Working closely with recommendation engines.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Data Scientist will have the following:
- Strong Python skills, with experience in PyTorch, Flask & Dash beneficial

THE ROLE
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be:
- Reporting on credit risk insights and trends to various senior stakeholders
- Advising on whether to increase, decrease or remove credit limits
- Driving engagement with insights and trends
- Improve credit risk rule-based systems using your analytics skills
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Credit Risk Analyst will have the following:
- Strong SQL skills and demonstratable experience in using this in a risk environment
- A background working in credit cards or similar financial service products
- SAS or Power BI is a bonus to support visualisations and reporting
- Retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Immediate availability or 1 week notice.
THE BENEFITS
