He works with clients to hire experienced Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Architects, Software Engineers, AI Engineers and Engineering Leaders, supporting initiatives across cloud migration, data platform modernisation and AI enablement.
With deep expertise across the data and engineering market, Matt recruits across technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Python and the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure and GCP.
As a Manager within Harnham’s contract division, Matt is responsible for driving team growth, developing recruitment strategy and ensuring his team delivers a high-quality, consultative service to clients and candidates across the UK AI and Data Engineering market.
