Rosie Walsh

Rosie is a Manager in our UK office and leads our Permanent Risk Analytics team. She’s been with Harnham for four years and specialises in recruiting across the credit risk and insurance space.

Rosie specialises in a range of areas within this, including credit strategy, modelling, portfolio analytics, fraud, financial crime, insurance pricing and claims analytics. She has worked with banks, fintechs, building societies, payment providers, debt purchasers and a range of insurance providers on a variety of projects, from adding to established teams to sourcing senior leadership talent to building analytics functions from scratch.

She believes recruitment should not be transactional, but instead built on a strong understanding of both candidates and clients. Rosie takes time to understand business culture, motivations and wider goals, ensuring the right fit for all parties. She is passionate about honest, transparent recruitment, building long-lasting relationships and delivering the best commercial outcomes.

When she isn’t recruiting, Rosie can be found working her way through her ever-growing list of restaurants to try, listening to the latest episode of The Rest is History podcast, or enjoying a good book.
