I have over 8 years of agency recruitment experience, all within technology. I spent nearly five years specialising in software engineering recruitment out of London as a consistent top performer, before transitioning into AI and Machine Learning recruitment in January 2023. I initially worked US time zones from the UK before relocating to California in May 2024. I joined Harnham in March 2025 to lead their AI/ML division.

Over the past three years, I have worked with over 40 startups, built out AI/ML recruitment functions from scratch, and placed talent across some of the most selective and technically demanding companies in the space.

The roles I work on span the research and engineering spectrum, from Research Scientists and Research Engineers through to Machine Learning Engineers, AI Software Engineers, and ML Infrastructure specialists. The markets I cover sit at the frontier of what’s being built right now, including AI Agents, Multimodal AI, World Models, AI-Generated Content, and the infrastructure that powers it all.

Specialising deeply in these areas means I always have talent available, whether you’re hiring now or planning ahead. I source from well beyond LinkedIn, attending conferences like ICML and CVPR, running meet-ups and networking events, and finding candidates through Google Scholar, GitHub, and referrals.

I provide detailed, up-to-date market insight that goes beyond surface-level knowledge, and I work with some of the most selective companies in the space, where the right hire requires specific research backgrounds, domain expertise, GitHub contributions, and technical depth.

Making the right hire is critical at a startup, so my job is never to send you endless unsuitable profiles. I’m genuinely passionate about this market, I understand the technologies beyond the buzzwords, and I’m committed to delivering on my word.
