This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist CRM and retention consultancy supporting ambitious DTC and e-commerce brands. You'll take ownership of client relationships, coordinate delivery across an established execution team, and play a key role in ensuring CRM programmes deliver measurable commercial impact.

The Company

They are a specialist CRM and retention consultancy working with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands to improve customer engagement, retention and lifetime value. Their expertise spans lifecycle marketing, customer data and CRM strategy, with a particular focus on helping brands maximise performance through email and retention channels. With strong delivery resources already in place, they are now looking for a client-focused contractor to bridge the gap between strategy, execution and client communications.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce and DTC clients.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring requests, priorities and expectations are handled effectively.
  • Coordinate with CRM specialists and delivery teams to keep campaigns, reporting and projects on track.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear deliverables and briefs for internal teams.
  • Support clients with CRM, email marketing and retention-related queries, providing informed guidance and recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate key insights, risks and opportunities to clients and stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in client account management within an agency, CRM, digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Klaviyo and a solid understanding of email marketing, lifecycle marketing and retention.
  • Experience managing relationships with DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to confidently discuss campaign performance, commercial priorities and CRM initiatives with clients.
  • Proven capability coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong judgement, communication skills and the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience balancing client expectations with delivery requirements and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy.

How to Apply

If you have a blend of CRM knowledge, agency-side account management experience and a passion for helping e-commerce brands succeed, please apply with your CV and details of relevant client accounts you have managed.
