Ecommerce Growth Manager

Hybrid - London (1 day a week in the office)

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a high-profile digital sales transformation programme. You will play a key role in identifying ecommerce growth opportunities, improving customer journeys, and driving commercial performance across key digital channels.
The Company
They are a large, consumer-focused organisation undertaking significant digital growth initiatives across their online sales function. With a strong focus on customer experience, digital optimisation, and commercial performance, they are investing in initiatives designed to enhance online conversion and unlock new growth opportunities. You will work alongside experienced teams across digital sales, product, UX, insight, trading, and optimisation functions to deliver measurable business impact.
The Role and Deliverables
  • Analyse digital sales performance, identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across key product areas.
  • Monitor performance against commercial targets and provide forecasting, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Review customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with optimisation, product, UX, and trading teams to prioritise and progress ecommerce initiatives.
  • Support experimentation and conversion rate optimisation activity through evidence-based recommendations.
  • Deliver regular stakeholder updates, competitor analysis, optimisation roadmaps, and performance improvement plans.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in ecommerce, digital sales, digital trading, or online commercial growth environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in analysing digital performance data and translating insights into commercial actions.
  • Experience working with ecommerce funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and confidence using analytics tools to answer business questions.
  • Familiarity with behavioural analytics platforms such as Contentsquare or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics, forecasting, and digital trading activity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, CRO, Insight, and Trading.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence priorities and drive initiatives forward.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes.
