This is an opportunity to step into a highly commercial Growth Analyst role where your work directly shapes business decisions across acquisition, retention and product strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, moving beyond reporting to influence what the business does next and driving measurable impact at pace.

The Role
  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to marketing and product teams, influencing growth strategy and prioritisation
  • Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifecycle performance
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, hypotheses and actionable recommendations
  • Analyse funnels, campaigns and customer behaviour to diagnose performance trends and uncover root causes
  • Design and evaluate experiments including A/B testing and incrementality analysis
  • Develop clear narratives from complex data to guide decision making at all levels
  • Define success metrics and monitor the impact of growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve tracking, data quality and reporting foundations
  • Support commercial decision making by evaluating trade-offs across efficiency, volume and long-term value
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in growth, marketing or product analytics
  • Advanced SQL and confidence working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience analysing customer funnels, cohort behaviour and lifecycle performance
  • Knowledge of attribution, digital marketing performance and optimisation techniques
  • Experience designing and interpreting experiments and testing frameworks
  • Ability to move from insight to action, influencing strategic decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance and engineering teams
