You will play a key role in shaping paid search and SEO strategy, directly influencing revenue growth, lead generation, and overall business performance.

The Role
  • Own and optimise paid search activity across Google Ads, driving improvements in return on ad spend, revenue, and qualified lead volume
  • Lead SEO direction by prioritising initiatives and collaborating with content, product, and development teams to enhance organic performance
  • Strengthen tracking and data accuracy across platforms including GA4 to support informed decision making
  • Leverage CRM tracking data to improve audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
  • Manage key digital marketing tools including Google Search Console and Google Merchant Centre to maximise campaign efficiency
  • Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insight to stakeholders
  • Produce clear, commercially focused reports highlighting performance trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in paid search, particularly within Google Ads, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Experience working with large product catalogues and optimising product feeds
  • Understanding of SEO principles, with the ability to contribute to and guide organic strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4 to inform decisions
  • Experience integrating CRM and tracking data to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
