This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Account Director to take ownership of a flagship CRM account within a fast-growing, data-led agency environment. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, leading delivery, and influencing senior stakeholders on high-impact campaigns for well-known consumer brands.

The Role
  • Take ownership of key CRM client accounts, leading both strategic direction and day-to-day delivery
  • Act as the senior client partner, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities
  • Lead complex, high-volume CRM programmes including campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, data, creative, and delivery
  • Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue performance
  • Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis and insight-led recommendations
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience within an agency environment, working on CRM or data-led accounts
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex client relationships and deliver strategic campaigns
  • Deep understanding of CRM principles including lifecycle marketing and multi-channel engagement
  • Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Braze or similar tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Experience managing and developing teams within a client services environment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting
