The Opportunity

We're working with a growing customer engagement agency looking for a Senior Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive account growth.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and team leadership to deliver impactful CRM and marketing solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and commercial success
  • Own delivery of projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and high quality
  • Drive revenue growth through identifying upsell and development opportunities
  • Develop strategic campaign briefs and oversee delivery across CRM channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, data, dev, campaign)
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead post-campaign reviews to optimise performance and processes
  • Mentor and develop account team members

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience at Account Director level in an agency environment
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and leading teams
  • Understanding of CRM channels (email, web, app, push) and loyalty principles
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and revenue growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with data to influence marketing decisions
