* Manage downstream impacts of data changes, ensuring consistency across reporting and analytics outputs
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, owning project delivery and updates throughout the migration
* Improve documentation, data quality, and usability to support broader business understanding and adoption
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with dbt and SQL, with the ability to review, optimise, and structure complex transformations
* Familiarity with modern BI tools such as Looker, or similar, with an understanding of underlying SQL logic
* Experience working with marketing data, particularly email, segmentation, or customer engagement datasets
* Capability to manage data migrations and understand downstream reporting impacts
* Comfortable working in environments adopting AI-assisted development workflows, including tools that support code generation and review
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data concepts into business context and influence decision making

We’re hiring an Account Analytics Analyst to join a fast-paced analytics team working within a digital marketing environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and marketing data experience who enjoys turning complex datasets into clear commercial insights that improve campaign performance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Analysing online & offline marketing and consumer data
- Delivering actionable insights to optimise campaigns and ROI
- Supporting Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects
- Working with SQL, Python or R for hands-on analysis
- Building reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with media, sales, product and account teams
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years’ experience in analytics / marketing analytics
- Strong SQL plus Python or R exposure
- Understanding of digital marketing & campaign performance
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Analytical mindset with commercial curiosity
