Product Manager - Payments & Cards (Fintech | B2C Mobile)

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Compensation: £90,000 - £110,000 + bonus + benefits

We are hiring a Product Manager to own and scale core payments and card functionality within a fast-growing fintech wallet ecosystem embedded in a global super app.

About the Role

You will take ownership of card-related product experiences, including virtual cards, transaction flows, and digital wallet integrations. This is a scale-up phase role focused on improving reliability, performance, and user experience across payment journeys.

You will work closely with engineering and data teams to optimise transaction success rates, enhance payment infrastructure, and expand integrations with major payment providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve card product features (virtual cards, lifecycle management)
  • Improve card-to-card and wallet payment flows
  • Drive integrations with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets
  • Optimise transaction success rates and payment reliability
  • Analyse payment performance and user behaviour across flows
  • Partner with engineering on payments infrastructure and delivery
  • Improve end-to-end in-app payment experience at scale

About You

  • 5-6+ years Product Management experience in fintech
  • Proven ownership of payments, cards, or wallet products
  • Experience in B2C mobile applications
  • Background in high-scale environments (500k+ users)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in:
    • Transaction performance
    • Payment funnel analysis
  • Experience in a fintech scale-up or neo-bank environment (preferred)
