Senior CRM Manager - 12 Month FTC
London (Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to take ownership of global CRM strategy in a fast-growing, international organisation where data-led decision making sits at the heart of marketing. You will shape end-to-end customer journeys across multiple markets, leading high-impact CRM programmes that directly influence engagement, retention and lifetime value.

The Role
  • Own and evolve the customer journey strategy across the full lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention and reactivation.
  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app and direct mail.
  • Drive segmentation and audience targeting to deliver personalised, timely and relevant communications.
  • Analyse CRM and customer journey performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Produce regular reporting on engagement, retention and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with digital, data and technology teams to improve CRM capability, automation and personalisation.
  • Collaborate with regional and central stakeholders across multiple international markets.
  • Support and develop junior CRM team members, raising capability across the function.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns within a complex or multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Practical experience using enterprise CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
  • Advanced analytical capability, with confidence working with funnels, performance metrics and customer data.
  • Ability to turn insight into action, improving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced setting.
