Senior CRM Manager - 12 month FTC

This is a high-impact CRM Manager contract role joining at a pivotal moment. With a major CRM transformation underway and a key leadership handover ahead of maternity leave, you will step into a visible position owning both delivery and strategic direction across CRM. This is an opportunity to shape how customer engagement is delivered across channels while influencing a significant platform migration.

The Role
  • Lead day to day CRM operations across email, SMS, and direct communications
  • Drive delivery of CRM transformation projects, including a new platform rollout and wider migration initiatives
  • Develop CRM strategy across acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Build advanced capabilities in segmentation, behavioural tracking, and personalisation
  • Manage multi-channel campaign execution and optimise customer journeys
  • Analyse campaign and customer data, delivering insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee audience targeting and segmentation to ensure data-driven campaign performance
  • Partner with technology and digital teams to enhance CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Balance operational delivery, strategic planning, and project management responsibilities
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience across CRM operations, strategy, and project delivery
  • Proven capability in lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Exposure to multiple CRM platforms, with practical implementation experience
  • Experience supporting or leading CRM migration and transformation projects
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Track record of ownership and delivering outcomes end to end
