- Build and improve language understanding capabilities across content and user-facing applications.
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models and transformer-based architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to deliver NLP solutions.
- Develop scalable pipelines for text processing, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to best practices around model performance, testing, and technical documentation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience building and deploying NLP solutions in commercial environments.
- Expertise with Python and modern NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or similar tools.
- Experience working with large language models, transformer architectures, and text classification techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning model development, evaluation, and optimisation.
- Experience deploying models within cloud environments and production systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a remote contract environment.
