THE ROLE
As a Product Data Analyst/Scientist, you will:

The Role

This is a senior, build-and-shape analytics leadership role with genuine international impact. You will define how commercial performance is measured and understood across multiple markets, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategy, investment and growth.
The Company
They are a high-growth, global healthcare organisation operating a recurring revenue, SaaS-like commercial model. The business is scaling rapidly outside its core market, supported by increasing reimbursement and healthcare investment internationally. Data and analytics are being centralised for the first time, with strong executive sponsorship.
The Role
- Act as the international commercial analytics partner across sales, marketing and market access
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing analytics team
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and insight
- Drive standardised metrics and measurement across regions while allowing for local nuance
- Own attribution and effectiveness measurement of commercial activity
- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership
- Help stand up and scale a new international analytics capability
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong background in commercial analytics within complex, regulated environments
- Proven people leadership and experience scaling analytics capability
- Confident operating in ambiguity and challenging business thinking
- Experience with attribution, measurement and market research data
- Comfortable working across different healthcare or distribution models
- Strong executive-level communication and data storytelling skills
What They Offer
- £105,000 to £150,000 base salary
- 20 percent bonus target with significant upside
