Role and Responsbilities-
- Manage and optimise product listings, categories, and on-site merchandising.
- Use tools like Shopify and Algolia to enhance product discovery and conversion.
- Analyse trading performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and UX teams to deliver best-in-class digital execution.
- Optimise filters, sort orders, and tagging for visibility, find-ability, and SEO.

Requirements -
- Proven experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce trading, ideally within a fast-paced retail or DTC environment.

- Strong grasp of merchandising best practices, conversion optimisation, and data analysis.

THE TEAM

THE ROLE
