Senior Sales Account Manager

Rockborne is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help us take Rockborne’s commercial growth to the next level. This is a key role where you’ll be building new relationships, growing existing ones, and helping shape the future of how we deliver value to clients.
You’ll work closely with enterprise-level stakeholders—mostly in the data and analytics space—and collaborate across our resourcing, training, and consulting teams to create tailored, high-impact solutions. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll work closely with our SDRs and support them in turning leads into real opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Growth
  • Tap into your Data network and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
  • Convert SDR-booked meetings into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through your own network and prospecting efforts.
  • Promote Rockborne’s full range of services—especially our consultant deployment offering.
Account Development
  • Act as the commercial lead across accounts, driving long-term value and partnership growth.
  • Uncover strategic opportunities and help position Rockborne as a long-term partner.
  • Deepen relationships across multiple service lines including resourcing, training, and consulting.
Strategic Input
  • Share what you’re hearing from clients to help us evolve our offerings.
  • Suggest ways to improve how we work—your voice matters here.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally with a mix of new business and account growth.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in or around the data and analytics space—or the drive to learn fast. We’re ideally looking for someone who familiar selling data services 
  • Great communicator who’s emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and proactive.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (we’re a growing business!).
