The Company
A high-growth financial services business is looking for a commercially minded Insight Analyst to join their team; this dynamic opportunity offers you the chance to work with marketing, pricing, and product teams to optimise performance and support business growth!
The Role
As an Insight Analyst, you’ll sit in the commercial function and play a key role in driving data-led decision-making across acquisition, retention, and product development. You’ll work closely with marketing, pricing, and product stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that shape campaigns, product lines, and customer journeys
You’ll be involved in:
- Analysing performance across marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and new credit lines
- Optimising acquisition across paid, SMS, organic, and lead-gen channels
- Managing and evaluating relationships with lead generation brokers and third-party providers
- Running A/B tests and measuring marketing ROI
- Developing dashboards and reporting tools to support stakeholders
- Supporting strategic initiatives as the company launches new products and scales
Your Skills & Experience
- SQL
- Some Python/R preferred but not essential

Location: Remote (occasional office visits in Nottingham, expensed)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000
About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join a growing financial services business that is scaling rapidly in the UK lending space. This role sits within the Marketing & Pricing team and will play a key part in driving growth through data insight, lead generation, and pricing strategy.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from analysing broker and customer data, to optimising lead acquisition channels, to supporting new product launches. This is a broad role with plenty of scope to make it your own and directly impact the direction of the business.
Responsibilities

Analyse customer, broker, and loan data to drive growth and improve decision-making

Optimise lead generation channels and pricing strategies

Provide insights and recommendations through clear reporting and visualisation

Support new product development and expansion initiatives

Collaborate closely with marketing and pricing teams to meet business targets
What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in data analytics within financial services

Strong skills in SQL and Python (R also considered)

Experience with A/B testing and data visualisation

Comfortable working with lead generation and third-party data sources

Strong communicator, confident in turning analysis into actionable recommendations

Senior Strategy & Analysis Manager
Up to £70,000
Hybrid – London (3x days a week)
We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a strong commercial leader to step into a deputy role within a high-profile transport organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving commercial performance.
THE ROLE
In this role you will:
- Own business planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting (internal & to DfT)
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 Analysts, driving performance and development
- Provide analytical insight to support pricing, demand, and revenue protection strategies
- Deliver the Annual Business Plan and core commercial models
- Develop and refine the commercial team’s data and analysis strategy
- Influence senior stakeholders and the board with clear, commercially relevant insights
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in transport, rail, or a similar commercial environment
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting and revenue management principles
- Proven leadership or deputising experience in managing analytical teams
- Ability to engage and present to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Commercial acumen with the ability to challenge, validate, and influence decisions
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (not hands-on, but able to lead/interpret)
