This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact Analytics Engineer role within a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal stage of its data journey. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Analytics Engineer will:
- Own and deliver in-flight data modelling projects, ensuring continuity and completion
- Design and maintain dbt models including fact tables, dimensions, and metric layers
- Support and optimisie critical data pipelines, particularly around billing and reporting workflows
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to manage data flows across the lakehouse architecture

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading global e-commerce brand looking for a PPC Manager to drive paid search performance across key markets.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering measurable growth and working closely with trading and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned to commercial objectives
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and ROAS performance
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable performance insights and reporting
- Manage Google Merchant Center and optimise shopping feeds
- Run A/B tests and continuous performance experimentation
- Stay ahead of PPC trends, tools, and algorithm updates
- Mentor and support junior team members where applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with strong results
- Expertise in Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Experience with Google Shopping and Merchant Center
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Commercial mindset, ideally within retail or e-commerce
- Advanced Excel skills (Looker or similar a bonus)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
