- Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, Product and business teams.
- Own project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, RAID and cross-team dependencies.
- Establish and manage appropriate project governance and Agile delivery ceremonies.
- Track delivery against scope, timelines, budgets and agreed outcomes.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage resource requirements, risks, blockers and delivery dependencies.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and delivery partners where required.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working.
Experience Required
- Strong experience as a Data Delivery Manager, Data Project Manager, Data Programme Manager or similar.
- Proven delivery experience within Data & Analytics or a closely related technical environment.
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Platform, Analytics and/or Data Product teams.
- Experience within media, publishing, subscription, e-commerce or another fast-paced digital/consumer environment
- Strong Agile experience across Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Strong project planning, RAID, governance and dependency management.
- Experience managing budgets, resources and multiple workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project or similar.

The Role

Responsibilities include:
- Analyse website performance and user behaviour using GA4
- Support A/B testing and experimentation programmes through data analysis and insight generation
- Evaluate test outcomes and provide recommendations to improve website performance
- Identify optimisation opportunities across digital customer journeys
- Query and manipulate data using SQL and BigQuery
- Produce reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with digital, marketing, and product teams to support business objectives
- Utilise modern analytics and AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of GA4
- Commercial experience within web analytics or a broader analytics role with exposure to digital data
- Good SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience translating data into actionable recommendations
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Exposure to BigQuery
- Knowledge of CRO, experimentation, or website optimisation methodologies
