About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Technical Analyst with deep expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Decisioning to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This individual will play a critical role in translating business and marketing strategies into decisioning solutions that drive personalized customer experiences across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and documenting requirements, managing projects through delivery, developing decisioning logic, and ensuring high-quality implementation through rigorous testing and validation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines strong technical acumen, business analysis expertise, project leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning.

Key Responsibilities

Decisioning Strategy & Development

  • Translate marketing offer strategies and business requirements into decisioning logic using Pega CDH.

  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize customer decisioning strategies based on customer attributes, intent, eligibility, and business rules.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure decisioning solutions align with business objectives.

  • Maintain development standards and governance processes for ongoing decisioning enhancements.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholders.

  • Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements.

  • Act as the primary business representative when working with development and technology teams.

  • Evaluate technical solutions and ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage initiatives from concept through implementation and production deployment.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive project progress.

  • Maintain project documentation, process flows, and governance artifacts using SharePoint, Asana, and related tools.

  • Consolidate complex information and present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios.

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for decisioning system changes.

  • Investigate defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.

  • Ensure decisioning strategies perform consistently and accurately across customer interactions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Create business-facing documentation and PowerPoint presentations to communicate project objectives, impacts, and outcomes.

  • Maintain detailed process documentation and decisioning logic records.

  • Support governance and audit requirements through accurate documentation practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Decisioning, CRM, Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or related fields.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decisioning capabilities.

  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.

  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
