JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Producer to oversee end‑to‑end digital initiatives and content production across a major B2B online ecosystem. This fully remote role supports web and mobile experiences focused on business customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Lead Digital Producer ensures cross‑functional alignment and seamless delivery from intake through launch and continuous optimization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead planning and execution of complex digital initiatives and website updates across B2B web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including campaign launches, platform enhancements, content updates, and cross‑channel initiatives.
  • Partner closely with digital marketing, UX, product, sales, and technology teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and accessible digital experiences.
  • Establish production timelines, governance frameworks, and ensure technical feasibility within CMS and platform environments.
  • Translate business goals into actionable digital roadmaps with clear scope, dependencies, and release schedules.
  • Oversee digital asset workflows, ensuring proper tagging, archiving, and maintenance across content and asset systems.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and user behavior analytics; drive continuous optimization based on insights.
  • Apply knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and digital best practices to maintain content quality and compliance.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate cross‑functional solutions to maintain delivery momentum.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience leading digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, ideally in B2B or lead‑generation environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from strategy through execution in cross‑functional settings.
  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, digital asset management, and web technologies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities in a remote environment.
