About the Role

As the Director of Product Analytics, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to develop insights that enhance user engagement, improve pricing strategies, and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and oversee analytics frameworks for pricing, personalization, and lead scoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and causal inference models to assess product changes and optimize conversion rates.
  • Define and track key product and business metrics, ensuring data is used to measure and drive success.
  • Establish best practices for data governance and self-service analytics, making insights accessible and actionable across the organization.

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Sigma.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business recommendations.
  • Experience in pricing optimization, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or the travel industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field required; Master's or MBA preferred.
