Senior Product Analyst

£60,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Equity

Fully Remote in the UK

If you're a Product Analyst who enjoys finding the questions others haven't asked yet, influencing product strategy, and using data to drive measurable growth, this could be the role for you!

The Company

A fast-growing global membership platform is redefining pet care and travel, connecting pet owners with trusted house and pet sitters across more than 140 countries. With a mission to become the world's most-loved travel solution for pet people, the business has built a highly engaged global community and is continuing to invest heavily in its product and data capabilities. This is a genuinely product-led environment where analytics plays a key role in shaping what gets built next. You'll be joining a collaborative, mission-led team where passion for the product and the customer experience really matters.

The Role

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll work within the Product Analytics team, supporting key product growth areas across the business. Your focus will be on acquisition, conversion, product usage and growth within the product experience. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Design and Commercial stakeholders, using behavioural data to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and influence what gets built. I am looking for someone who can proactively identify problems and opportunities, develop a point of view and translate analysis into measurable business outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning growth analytics across the acquisition and conversion funnel
  • Analysing product behaviour to identify opportunities and friction points
  • Leading event tracking and instrumentation for new product features
  • Defining tracking requirements, success metrics and guardrail metrics
  • Designing and analysing A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Using event-level data to understand user behaviour and improve activation and conversion
  • Building dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders
  • Challenging assumptions and influencing product and commercial decisions through data
  • Turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Product teams
  • Helping raise the analytical standard across the wider team

The successful candidate will be someone who can clearly demonstrate what problem they solved, how they approached it analytically, and what measurable impact their work had.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong Product Analytics experience
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Strong experience with event tracking and instrumentation
  • Experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment or similar
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience owning analysis end-to-end with minimal direction
  • Strong understanding of product metrics including conversion, activation and churn
  • Excellent stakeholder management and data storytelling skills
  • The ability to influence product decisions through data rather than simply report on performance

Experience within a SaaS, subscription or marketplace business would be highly desirable, particularly where you've worked with complex customer journeys and conversion funnels.

It would also be advantageous to have:

  • Product Growth Analytics experience
  • Customer lifecycle, retention, churn or LTV analysis
  • dbt
  • Python or R
  • Experience using AI tools within analytical workflows
  • Dashboarding experience

This is a product analytics role rather than a marketing analytics role, so candidates whose experience is primarily focused on paid media, attribution or channel-mix modelling are unlikely to be the right fit.

The Benefits

  • £60,000-£70,000 salary
  • Discretionary 10% quarterly bonus
  • Generous equity package
  • Fully remote working across the UK
  • Offices available in London and Brighton, but no mandated office days
  • Quarterly all-expenses-paid company offsites
  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + festive closure
  • Bupa Health & Dental Insurance
  • SimplyHealth healthcare cash plan
  • £200 annual home office allowance
  • MacBook and Apple accessories
  • Premium membership to the platform
  • £500 annual contribution towards travel to house sits
  • Personal development and learning budget
