Join a fast-growing analytics team within a leading retail group that owns a diverse portfolio of high-street and digital brands. The business has been rapidly expanding and investing in its data capabilities over the past 18 months. This role sits within the Product Analytics pillar of the team and focuses on measuring and optimising product performance across the group's extensive brand portfolio. You'll report to the Analytics Lead and work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive insight-led decision making.
THE ROLE
This company is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join and help measure and optimise digital product performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital journey analysis, on-site tracking metrics, and tools like SQL/BigQuery and GA4 (or Adobe Analytics). This role requires hands-on product/on-site analytics experience, familiarity with A/B testing, and the ability to collaborate with the GTM implementation team. They've recently migrated to GCP, with the platform fully set up and operational. You will have 2 junior team members reporting into you.

Data & Insights Analyst – Marketing Intelligence
We’re looking for a curious and commercially minded Analyst to join a growing data and insights team within a global marketing group. This is a great step for someone who’s moved beyond basic reporting and wants to work more strategically with well-known consumer brands.
What You’ll Do
-
Turn marketing and digital performance data into meaningful insights for clients
-
Build dashboards and reports (mostly in Excel and data visualisation tools)
-
Work across paid media, web analytics and campaign data (GA4, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
-
Present findings back to internal teams and clients in a clear, story-led format
-
Support wider marketing, tech, and media teams with data-driven recommendations
What We’re Looking For
-
Around 18 months-2 years’ experience in a marketing, media, or analytics role (agency experience ideal)
-
Comfortable working with digital performance metrics and marketing platforms
-
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
-
Able to pick up client context quickly and translate numbers into actionable insights
-
No advanced coding needed (Python/SQL not required – training provided)
Nice to Have
-
Familiarity with social listening or performance marketing tools
-
Experience building Excel-based dashboards or client reports
-
Confidence communicating with stakeholders or clients

They help clients transform complex data into actionable insights that improve sales performance and optimise marketing ROI.

The Role
They are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with strong technical skills and commercial awareness. This is a client-facing position where you’ll be responsible not just for the numbers, but for turning data into clear, strategic recommendations.
You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to high-profile clients, and take on varied projects across digital and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities

Extract, join, and transform datasets from multiple platforms (SQL, GA, marketing tools).

Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau or equivalent).

Apply statistical methods across attribution, MMM, LTV, churn, propensity and clustering models.
-
Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients via Zoom and face-to-face.

Support client strategy by identifying opportunities to optimise spend and improve ROI.
Candidate Profile
-
2-4 years’ experience in analytics (digital, marketing or consultancy background desirable).
-
Strong SQL and Python skills, with a good grounding in statistics.
-
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
-
Hands-on dashboarding experience (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
-
Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
-
2:1 degree or above in a STEM or Social Sciences subject (or equivalent experience).
