London, 2 days per week in office

This contract opportunity offers the chance to take real ownership of Service Cloud within a busy customer service environment. The focus is on hands-on delivery, removing friction from contact centre processes and using Salesforce automation to improve how customer service teams work day to day.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Act as a Service Cloud subject matter expert, supporting and enhancing a complex contact centre setup.
  • Deliver specific automation-led projects, reducing manual tasks across customer service workflows.
  • Build and optimise Flows, automations and prompts to support phonecall handling and post-phonecall wrap-up.
  • Implement and configure Einstein for Service and or Agentforce for Service, including prompt-driven use cases.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and a bespoke external booking and task management system.
  • Work closely with customer service stakeholders to design practical, scalable solutions.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud within contact centre or customer service environments.
  • Strong experience building Flows, automations and prompt-based solutions using click-first approaches.
  • Practical knowledge of Einstein for Service and or Agentforce for Service in live service use cases.
  • Proven background working directly with contact centres, phonecall-centres or customer service teams as core stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting CTI-related processes such as phonecall-handling, transcripts and wrap-up activities.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification or equivalent demonstrable capability.
