About the Role

- Experience presenting creative work and campaign strategy to senior stakeholders
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Background in retention marketing with a focus on customer loyalty, churn reduction, and revenue growth
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred)
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of creative processes, formats, and multi-channel delivery
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and independently resolve project challenges
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Systems & Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Experience with design collaboration tools (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of content and asset management platforms (e.g. CMS and document sharing systems)
Working Arrangement
- Fully remote role, open to candidates based within the United States
