This is a high impact opportunity for a Product Analyst to join a fast scaling, product led digital business during a key period of growth. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to turn data into actionable insight, directly influencing user experience, conversion and product strategy.

The Role
- Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to understand user behaviour, product performance and conversion
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify friction points and opportunities across the product journey
- Support experimentation by generating hypotheses, designing tests and analysing results to drive a test and learn culture
- Define and align core product metrics with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy across teams
- Build and maintain self serve dashboards and analytics tools using a modern data stack
- Deliver deep dive analysis to inform product and commercial strategy
- Contribute to a shared insights hub, documenting reports, metrics and learnings to support wider teams
- Strong commercial and analytical experience within a product led or technology driven environment
- Proven background in product analytics, working closely with cross functional teams
- Experience building dashboards and reporting for a range of stakeholders
- Strong data modelling mindset and comfort working with modern data environments
- Experience with tools such as dbt and modern BI platforms like Lightdash or Looker is beneficial

The Role
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit within a small team of three and take ownership of the end-to-end digital customer journey across the group’s brands. You’ll be responsible for shaping the optimisation vision, building the roadmap and identifying where experimentation and customer insight can have the greatest commercial impact. You’ll work closely with Development, UX, Pricing and Customer Operations teams to deliver experimentation, personalisation and wider CX initiatives.

- Infrastructure-as-Code (ideally Bicep or Terraform)
- Building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Cloud automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments

THE ROLE:
You will
- Lead end-to-end data engineering projects, delivering scalable, reliable solutions from design through to deployment.
- Design, build, and optimise data pipelines and models
- Maintain high standards of data quality and engineering excellence through testing, monitoring, code reviews, and best practices.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will bring strong capability in:
- Advanced Python and SQL development
- Delivering end-to-end data engineering projects
- Building scalable cloud-based data solutions
- Working independently and taking ownership of delivery
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
- Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code experience
