THE ROLE
- Lead the ML engineering capability, owning end-to-end delivery of production ML solutions.
- Design and build scalable ML pipelines aligned to business strategy and cloud best practice.
- Productionise existing proof-of-concepts, including complex NLP and LLM-based use cases.
- Implement and embed MLOps standards across deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to translate models into robust data products.
- Contribute as a technical thought leader within an agile, collaborative engineering team.

- Strong understanding of security, governance, and scalable design principles
Preferred Experience
- Experience building AI-powered features or platforms within SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) or MCP-style interoperability
- Exposure to automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Experience leading delivery in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills

- Proven ability to move from concept → production → scale
- Strong bias toward execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes

- Compensation up to $215,000 base
