THE ROLE
You will play a key role in shaping and optimising credit strategy for an evolving lending portfolio, working within a collaborative and high-performing analytics team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of strategy development and drive meaningful business impact.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
  • Designing and optimising credit risk strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analysing complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and refine strategies
  • Monitoring performance of credit strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Enhancing affordability and risk policies to ensure strong customer outcomes
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in credit risk analytics within a consumer lending environment
  • Must be currently in a fintech environment
  • Experience using analytics to build and adjust credit risk strategy in either acquisitions, collections or Existing customer management.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience using data to generate actionable insights
  • Ability to structure and solve complex analytical problems
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to stakeholders
