Support A/B testing, funnel analysis, and journey optimisation initiatives.

Build dashboards and automate reporting to improve operational efficiency and insight accessibility.
What They’re Looking For
-
Strong SQL and Python experience with solid analytical and storytelling skills.

Background in customer or commercial analytics (telco, subscription, retail, e-commerce, utilities, FS, etc. all relevant).

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and owning analysis end-to-end.

Experience with segmentation, churn/retention analysis, or CLTV modelling is a strong advantage.

Someone proactive who enjoys solving real business problems with simple, effective solutions.

Salary & Working Model

Up to £50,000 base salary plus benefits
