We are hiring multiple Senior Product Analysts to join a fast-growing, data-led organisation where analytics plays a central role in shaping products, strategy and customer outcomes. The Role
You will work as a Senior Product Analyst embedded within product teams, using data, experimentation and stakeholder collaboration to inform product strategy, optimise performance and improve customer outcomes at scale.
- We partner closely with product managers, engineers and senior stakeholders to shape product strategy and priorities
- We define, refine and embed clear metrics to measure product performance and customer outcomes
- We analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- We design and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and inform product development
- We quantify trade-offs across customer experience, revenue, cost and risk
- We build dashboards, deep dives and scalable analytical tools to support decision making
- We communicate insights clearly and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex, high-volume datasets
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment such as fin tech, financial services, consulting or a high-growth digital business
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
- Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement
What We Offer
- Base salary between £45,000 and £70,000, with flexibility up to £75,000
- Annual bonus of up to 10 percent
- Employer pension contribution of 7 percent
- Private medical cover and additional well being benefits
- Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week in a modern London office
- Up to 120 days per year working from abroad
