A senior data leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, analytics and reporting across a large, regulated organisation. This isn't a project management role. You'll be accountable for what gets delivered, why it matters, and how teams are set up to deliver high-quality data products that drive real business value.
The role:
You'll act as the single point of contact for data delivery, owning prioritisation from initial business requirement through to development completion. Working closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, you'll balance strategic initiatives with high-impact smaller pieces of work, ensuring delivery is efficient, well planned and aligned to business goals. You'll lead three core functions - Business Analysis, Data Engineering and Reporting.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards and data feeds
- Acting as the single point of contact for analytics and reporting delivery
- Partnering with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to shape priorities
- Translating business problems into clear, deliverable data solutions
- Leading planning and prioritisation across BA, engineering and BI teams

Your skills & experience:
- Extensive experience leading BI, analytics or data delivery functions
- Proven delivery of complex, large-scale data or analytics programmes
- Strong background in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Comfortable owning prioritisation, trade-offs and delivery outcomes
- Experience working across Business Analysts, Engineers and BI teams
- Hands-on understanding of reporting and analytics (Power BI preferred)
- Experience in regulated or complex environments is highly beneficial
- Able to quantify and communicate the value of data products to the business
