Digital Marketing Manager (PPC & SEO)
Remote (UK) with monthly team meet-ups | £40,000 to £50,000
This is a high-impact opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid search and SEO within a growing eCommerce environment. You will play a central role in rebuilding performance, improving lead conversion, and driving scalable growth, with clear scope to shape the function and progress into leadership.

They are a UK-based eCommerce business operating within the construction and building materials space, providing a streamlined procurement platform for trade and consumer customers. Their model connects customers with a wide network of suppliers through a single, centralised platform. Following a period of outsourced marketing, they are now investing in bringing expertise in-house to accelerate growth. The business operates with a collaborative, technology-led approach, offering strong internal support and access to high-quality tools and data.
The Role
  • Take ownership of PPC strategy and execution across Google Ads, including Performance Max campaigns
  • Lead the direction of SEO, working across product categories to improve organic visibility and revenue
  • Optimise campaign performance, focusing on click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
  • Strengthen tracking, analytics, and attribution through GA4 and server-side tracking tools
  • Integrate CRM and tracking data into marketing performance and bidding strategies
  • Manage product feeds and key platforms such as Google Merchant Centre and Search Console
  • Deliver clear, commercially focused reporting aligned to revenue, profitability, and lead quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and development
  • Develop a roadmap to scale marketing investment as performance improves
  • Act as the internal expert, with opportunity to build and lead a team over time
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns within eCommerce or product-led environments
  • Experience developing or contributing to SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and performance data to drive decisions
  • Experience working with product feeds and large catalogues
  • Ability to integrate and leverage CRM or tracking data within marketing performance
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability, lead generation, and conversion optimisation
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in a remote environment
