The Role
As Data Governance Manager, you will shape and deliver the governance framework that underpins the company's cloud‑based data strategy. You will work closely with data engineering, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data is trusted, well‑managed, and responsibly used. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a modern, scalable data governance strategy.
- Defining data domains, ownership structures, and stewardship models.
- Establishing policies for data quality, lineage, access control, and compliance.
- Leading DPIAs, LIAs, and broader privacy‑by‑design processes.
- Setting up governance frameworks within GCP and supporting tools such as Dataplex, Informatica or Collibra.

- Partnering with stakeholders to embed governance principles in day‑to‑day workflows.
- Supporting the onboarding of teams into a new GCP‑based data platform as part of a wider transformation programme.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring strong experience in data governance alongside the ability to operate hands‑on within a modern cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong commercial experience designing or embedding data governance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based governance tools and metadata‑driven approaches.
- Good understanding of GCP (Dataplex, BigQuery) or similar platforms; Azure Purview exposure is a bonus.
- Familiarity with SQL and the impact of governance on engineering workflows
- Experience producing DPIAs, LIAs, and supporting regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Background in a regulated environment is advantageous.

The Role
As Director of Performance Marketing, you will:
- Own the long-term performance marketing strategy for profitable new customer growth.
- Lead channel investment strategy, planning, and budgeting across paid social, search, and app acquisition.
- Build and refine measurement frameworks, from attribution and incrementality to media mix and unit economics.
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Customer Analytics, and CRM to optimise the full funnel, from impression to in-app activation and value.
- Lead and develop the performance marketing function, including a high-performing team and agency partners.
- Embed a rigorous test-and-learn culture across channels, audiences, creative, and propositions.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to drive workflow efficiency, insight, and optimisation.
- Act as a senior thought partner to the executive team on growth opportunities, risk trade-offs, and performance forecasts.
Your Skills And Experience
You will be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven success in scaling acquisition for a consumer-focused digital business, such as fintech, subscription, marketplace, or app-led services.
- Deep hands-on understanding of performance channels, especially Meta, Google, and app store acquisition.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets and performance-driven investment decisions.
- Advanced analytical capability, comfortable with data, experimentation, and incrementality measurement.
- Experience working with or alongside customer analytics, product, and MarTech teams to drive holistic growth.
- Confidence leading agencies and internal teams, with a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
- Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance marketing effectiveness and decision-making.

The Role
As a Product Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to unlock insight, guide product strategy, and influence decision-making. You’ll use advanced analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse user behaviour to uncover insights, identify pain points, and influence product direction.

Design experiments and support a culture of testing, learning, and iteration.

Define and align key business metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy across teams.

Build and maintain dashboards and tools to empower stakeholders with self-serve insights.

The Candidate

Proven experience in analytical roles, ideally within a digital-first or tech-led business.
