The Role
As Data Analyst, you will act as the central point for data requests and analytical guidance, working closely with internal teams and external clients. You will:
* Support data planning, performance reporting and insight generation across campaigns.
* Build and refine forecasting and predictive models to guide planning and targeting.
* Manage CRM and customer data, ensuring accurate selection, segmentation and data quality.
* Respond to incoming data questions and provide clear, actionable guidance to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Deliver regular reporting and dashboards covering campaign performance, funnel metrics and KPI tracking.
* Translate complex data into concise stories that support decision‑making across the organisation.
* Partner with campaign and strategy teams to optimise targeting and improve audience engagement.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
* Strong capability in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
* Experience using Power BI or Looker to build dashboards and performance reporting.
* Background in marketing, digital or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
* Confidence working with CRM and customer data, including segmentation and campaign selections.
* Ability to translate insight for non‑technical teams and tell compelling data stories.
* Strong organisational skills and experience handling varied incoming data requests.
* Experience with predictive analytics or Python is beneficial but not required.
* Familiarity with UK education or youth‑focused environments is advantageous.

The Role
As Senior Pricing Manager, you will be a key part of the revenue leadership team, responsible for setting and delivering a clear pricing strategy. You will:
- Define the pricing vision and roadmap, aligning it with wider revenue and commercial objectives.
- Lead the development of customer-led pricing strategies, grounded in insight and rigorous analysis.

To succeed in this Senior Pricing Manager role, you will bring:
- Strong commercial experience in pricing strategy within a complex, high-volume environment.
- A track record of designing, building and scaling pricing projects and trials, ideally involving structural pricing change.
- Experience working with data and insight to create customer-led pricing strategies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with analytics, commercial and operational teams.

This is a great opportunity to step into a visible Analytics Manager role where you will shape data-driven solutions for major financial services clients. You will lead a small team, own client relationships, and turn complex property and mortgage data into actionable insight that directly influences products and commercial decisions.

You will join a collaborative analytics team that partners closely with product and commercial colleagues. The Role
As Analytics Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, managing day-to-day delivery and supporting their development.
- Own the delivery of analytics solutions for financial services clients, with a particular focus on property and mortgage data.
- Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and translate these into data-driven solutions.
- Present analytical insight to senior stakeholders, clearly explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to shape new features and propositions using data.
- Support pre-sales activity by exploring client data, scoping solutions, and demonstrating the value of analytics.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in client and market data to inform product and strategy.
Your Skills And Experience
You will be a strong fit if you have:
- Solid commercial experience in analytics within financial services, mortgages, credit risk, or a closely related area.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analysts, with the ability to manage delivery across multiple projects.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, with working knowledge of Python for analysis and modelling.
- A data storytelling mindset, able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for clients.
- Experience working with or alongside banks, mortgage lenders, or credit decisioning teams.
- A highly numerate, analytical approach with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong stakeholder skills, with confidence presenting to senior, technical and non-technical audiences.
- An interest in property, housing, and mortgage markets.
