The Role

A great opportunity to take ownership of SEO performance for a high‑traffic ecommerce site, driving organic growth and shaping strategy within a fast‑paced digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading SEO direction while still being hands‑on with technical and content optimisation.

You will join a supportive team that values expertise, collaboration and commercial impact.
The Role
* Manage and optimise SEO performance across an allocated site
* Develop and deliver the SEO roadmap covering technical, on‑page and content activity
* Lead keyword research, technical audits and site improvements
* Oversee day‑to‑day SEO operations and support a small team
* Analyse KPIs, report on performance and identify growth opportunities
* Partner with wider teams on content, PR, usability and site architecture
* Keep ahead of industry trends and champion SEO best practice
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in an SEO‑focused role within ecommerce
* Confident managing technical SEO, keyword strategy and onsite optimisation
* Ability to analyse performance data and translate it into clear actions
* Experience presenting results, insights and recommendations
* Comfortable leading workflows and supporting junior team members
* Strong understanding of usability, content structure and user behaviour
