The Role
We're looking for a Customer Data and Insights Manager to join a forward-thinking Digital and Brand Experience team. This role is critical to maintaining a high-quality, secure, and unified customer data ecosystem that powers personalized marketing and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the flow of customer data between CRM systems, CDPs, ecommerce platforms, and marketing channels, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.
- Ensure robust and efficient customer data collection across all touchpoints (online, in-store, mobile, email).
- Optimize data health and integrity through consistent, best-practice approaches to data cleansing, deduplication, and validation.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a data management or data analytics role, ideally in retail or ecommerce.
- Knowledge of retail-focused CRM and CDP systems (Bloomreach, Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Salesforce CDP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and how customer data flows between systems.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- SQL knowledge and ability to query customer databases to extract insights and build segments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders around data health, quality, and best practices.
- Impeccably high attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Understanding of CRM segmentation and customer modeling strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.

THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for computer vision and multimodal model research, building and development for the company’s agentic AI product across imaging centers and hospitals
- You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
- Own applied AI research and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI, computer vision and LLM applications
- You will directly work with production team on implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning, imaging and LLM techniques, owning machine learning modeling

The Role and Deliverables
- Act as the commercial conscience for all marketing performance, ensuring activity aligns with quarterly trading goals.
- Scrutinise marketing channel performance and challenge weekly plans to maximise P&L impact and order volume.
- Use customer, market and performance insights to shape commercial plans and marketing actions across CRM, paid media and onsite journeys.
- Drive short‑term tactical levers when forecasts shift, working closely with Trading, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Build a clear understanding of user base dynamics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and customer economics.
- Track performance against trading plans, holding teams accountable for delivering ROI across channels.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving performance across a marketing funnel within a platform or marketplace business.
- Ability to interpret analytical outputs and translate them into meaningful commercial recommendations.
- Confident challenging plans, identifying root causes of performance and pushing for better outcomes.
- Skilled at working cross‑functionally and simplifying complex data for senior stakeholders.

The Role
- Design, build and productionise machine learning solutions that optimise pricing, promotions and customer experience in a large-scale digital store.
- Develop time series and forecasting models to predict demand, revenue and customer behaviour across regions and product lines.
- Build and refine optimisation models using operations research techniques to support pricing, promotional strategies and inventory decisions.
- Work end to end across the ML lifecycle, from problem definition, data exploration and feature engineering through to model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable ML solutions.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the Dublin ML team, helping to define best practices, tooling and architecture for ML delivery.
Your Skills And Experience
- Strong commercial experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in pricing, optimisation or operations research, ideally with hands-on experience of tools such as Gurobi, CPLEX or similar optimisation libraries.
- Strong skills in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience working with time series forecasting, demand modelling, churn or uplift modelling.
- Practical experience of delivering ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure, including containerisation and deployment using tools like Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms or online customer experiences is highly desirable, especially work on recommender systems or search.

THE ROLE
This is a hands on analytical role within a developing fraud function, supporting the design, monitoring and optimisation of fraud controls for new and existing lending products. You’ll work closely with credit, operations and product teams as the business expands into new areas.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
- Analysing fraud trends, patterns and behaviours to identify emerging risks.
- Developing and implementing fraud rules and controls as product volumes grow.
- Reporting on fraud performance and making data‑driven recommendations.
- Supporting the management of new fraud types associated with unsecured lending.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
