This is a short-term contract opportunity to step into a critical gap within an established data and insights function. The assignment combines hands-on analytics with strategic insight development, shaping customer experience and go-to-market thinking during a sensitive period for the organisation.

The Role and Deliverables
- Role within the data and insights team, reporting into the Head of Insights.
- Develop and interpret customer and consumer insights across customer, brand and sentiment domains.
- Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to build a rounded view of customer behaviour.
- Deliver market share analysis and performance insight to inform go-to-market decisions.
- Produce clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute hands-on across projects already defined within the insights roadmap.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong capability in SQL, with confidence working directly with large datasets.
- Proven experience using Power BI, with exposure to Tableau also beneficial.
- Background in a digitally led, customer-facing business, such as online retail, app-based or e-commerce environments.
- Ability to blend qualitative insight with quantitative analysis to tell a compelling customer story.
- Comfortable operating at manager level, providing strategic thinking while remaining hands-on.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where confidentiality and sensitivity are required.
