The Role
Sitting in the Customer Selections & Analytics team, you'll own the delivery of campaign selections end-to-end. This is a hands-on SQL role with clear commercial impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and deliver campaign selections using SQL
- Translate marketing briefs into technical requirements
- Work across CRM, transactional & engagement datasets
- Support test & learn campaigns and performance tracking

You will take ownership of CRM execution at scale, shaping how customers are onboarded, retained and re-engaged across a large and loyal subscriber base. The Role
- Own lifecycle marketing execution across CRM channels, with email as the primary focus.
- Translate CRM strategy into high-performing campaign plans and automated customer journeys.
- Drive repeat revenue, retention, subscription performance and customer lifetime value.
- Manage a high-frequency CRM calendar alongside an evolving automation roadmap.
- Lead key lifecycle journeys including welcome, onboarding, replenishment, upsell and re-purchase.
- Build and optimise segmentation, testing frameworks and predictive CRM initiatives.
- Use performance data and customer insight to shape recommendations and future activity.
- Line manage and develop a CRM Executive, with scope to grow the team further.
- Partner closely with Growth, Product, Brand, Web, Data and external technology partners.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a DTC, ecommerce or subscription-led environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and confidence owning complex CRM programmes end to end.
- Proven experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Advanced segmentation, experimentation and test-and-learn capability.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret CRM performance across engagement, retention and revenue.
- Experience working closely with Brand or Creative teams on campaign delivery.
- Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, subscription tools, analytics or BI tools is beneficial.
- Interest in predictive modelling or AI-driven CRM insights is advantageous.
