We are looking for a senior CRO and Experimentation Manager to lead structured testing and optimisation programmes for complex digital products. You will take ownership of experimentation strategy, work closely with senior stakeholders, and turn data and insight into measurable commercial growth. This is a specialist CRO role with real autonomy and influence.
This is a hands on, client facing CRO position sitting at the core of a dedicated experimentation practice. You will shape how experimentation is delivered, influence strategic decision making, and work on sophisticated digital platforms where testing genuinely drives business performance.

The Role
- Lead and evolve our strategic approach to CRO testing and experimentation
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted CRO advisor
- Deliver end to end experimentation programmes from hypothesis creation through to analysis and insight
- Translate data, user behaviour, and insight into strong, well reasoned test ideas
- Collaborate with the wider digital team on integrated growth initiatives
- Strong commercial experience in CRO and UX, with the ability to define strategy and execute testing programmes
- Hands on experience using experimentation platforms such as Piano, Zephr, Optimizely or VWO
- Expertise in GA4
- Confidence working with quantitative data, A B testing logic, and statistical concepts
- Comfortable operating in a client facing environment, with clear and credible communication skills
- A genuine curiosity for experimentation and how CRO supports wider digital marketing performance
- Hybrid working with three days per week in office

About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Engineer with finance and accounting data experience to support critical financial reporting, reconciliation, billing, and operational accounting workflows. What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy cloud‑based data pipelines supporting financial reporting, close processes, reconciliations, and analytics use cases

- Implement SQL transformations, reconciliation logic, and data quality checks
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams to define and deliver scalable data solutions

What You Bring

They’re now looking for a GCP Data Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for building and operating robust, cloud-native data infrastructure that supports ML workloads, particularly PyTorch-based pipelines.
The Role
You’ll focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and storage systems in Google Cloud, supporting ML teams by enabling efficient data loading, dataset management, and cloud-based training workflows.
You’ll work closely with ML engineers and researchers, ensuring that large volumes of unstructured and structured data can be reliably accessed, processed, and consumed by PyTorch-based systems.
Key Responsibilities

THE ROLE
You’ll join the data team to lead the design and delivery of a new semantic layer in Looker.
