As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll join a growing analytics team, helping clients optimise their customer strategies and marketing performance through data-led insight. This is an ideal next step for someone with ~1 year of marketing/customer analytics experience looking to deepen their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering insight reports and dashboards to visualise customer and marketing data

Conducting detailed customer and campaign performance analysis to uncover actionable insights

Supporting client teams by identifying opportunities for improved targeting and engagement

Managing and maintaining clean, structured datasets across platforms

Assisting with the implementation and optimisation of marketing analytics tools (e.g. GA, CRM platforms, ad platforms)

Presenting analysis and recommendations to both internal teams and clients
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

~1 year of experience in marketing/customer analytics, either agency or client-side
-
Exposure to customer-level data, campaign performance, segmentation, or attribution analytics

Working knowledge of SQL and ideally some Python
-
Comfortable working with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)

Strong communication skills and commercial mindset

A keen interest in digital marketing and data-led decision making
