I'm hiring a Marketing & Customer Analyst to join a specialist analytics and consulting business that helps major consumer brands make smarter decisions through customer, CRM, marketing, and data insight.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1-4 years' analytics experience who wants to move beyond reporting and develop into a more consultative role, working across customer analytics, segmentation, loyalty, CRM strategy, marketing effectiveness, and commercial insight.
The company
You'll be joining a specialist analytics consultancy that supports a range of leading consumer, telecoms, retail, and subscription brands on customer insight and marketing transformation projects.
The team is small, collaborative, and highly commercial. Rather than being siloed into one area, you'll gain exposure to a broad mix of projects spanning customer analytics, CRM, marketing performance, loyalty, and strategic consulting.
The role
This sits somewhere between a Customer Analyst, Marketing Analyst, and Junior Consultant.
You'll work with large customer datasets to understand behaviour, identify opportunities, and help clients improve retention, customer value, loyalty performance, and marketing effectiveness.

- Strong Python skills.
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI preferred).

- STEM degree or strong quantitative academic background.
- Ability to present findings clearly and confidently.

Highly desirable

This is a small team with lots of client exposure, so they're looking for someone who can take ownership of work and operate proactively.
Why join?
- Exposure to major household-name brands.
- Variety across CRM, customer analytics, loyalty, and marketing projects.
- Opportunity to move into consulting.
- High visibility in a small team.

A leading enterprise organization is investing heavily in the modernization of its workforce analytics environment and is seeking BI Developers who can help drive the transition from legacy reporting platforms to a modern cloud-based analytics ecosystem.
This is not a traditional dashboard development role. The team is looking for professionals who understand both the front-end analytics experience and the underlying data architecture that powers it. - Lead and support migration efforts from legacy BI platforms into a modern cloud analytics environment.
- Work with large datasets to transform, validate, and optimize data for reporting and analytics use cases.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions.
- Improve and modernize existing reporting products rather than simply rebuilding them one-for-one.
- Support and enhance legacy dashboards, troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize queries, and maintain business-critical analytics assets.
- Help develop self-service analytics capabilities, semantic layers, and standardized business definitions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions within modern BI platforms.

- Partnered directly with business users and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Experience balancing hands-on development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

The Company
This is an opportunity to join a specialist eCommerce consultancy and digital product agency working with ambitious global brands to create better digital experiences and drive commercial growth! The business sits at the intersection of eCommerce, product, strategy, design, technology and AI, helping brands rethink how they build and operate their digital experiences; rather than relying on traditional all-in-one platforms, they help clients explore more flexible, modular approaches, including headless CMS, composable commerce and modular checkout solutions, giving brands greater flexibility, performance and control. The business is part of a much larger global digital experience group, combining the pace and autonomy of a specialist consultancy with the scale and capabilities of a global organisation.
The Role
As Product Strategy Lead, you’ll be a senior strategic hire responsible for helping shape a new product strategy capability within the business. You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their commercial challenges, identify opportunities and turn those opportunities into products, propositions and digital experiences that can actually be built and launched. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, strategy, eCommerce and client leadership, working closely with designers, engineers and other strategists throughout the process. This is a role with genuine autonomy. You’ll help shape how the new strategic product function operates, the propositions it takes to market and how it creates value for clients. You’ll also play an important role in growing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the commercial relationship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges and desired outcomes.
- Lead strategic product thinking across complex eCommerce and digital challenges.
- Identify opportunities to create new products, services and propositions.
- Develop product strategies from initial concept through to execution.
- Lead client workshops, presentations and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to turn strategy into tangible products and experiences.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial recommendations for clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and revenue.
- Challenge existing thinking and bring new ideas and perspectives to clients.
- Help build the agency’s product strategy offering from the ground up.
- Explore how AI can improve products, experiences, processes and commercial outcomes.
- Understand customer behaviour, data and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Work across multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, autonomous agency environment.
You’ll be expected to operate at different levels – from defining the long-term strategic vision through to helping teams translate that vision into something tangible.
The Questions You’ll Be Solving
You could be working with clients to answer questions such as:
- How can we grow eCommerce revenue?
- What’s missing from the current digital experience?
- What new products or features could create additional value?
- How can AI be embedded into an existing product or customer journey?
- Where are the biggest opportunities for commercial growth?
- How do we turn an identified opportunity into something that can actually be built and launched?
Your Skills & Experience
I am looking for someone operating at the intersection of product, strategy, eCommerce and clients.
You’ll ideally have:
- A strong background working within an agency or consultancy environment.
- Significant experience working with eCommerce clients.
- Experience in product strategy, digital strategy, product management or a closely related discipline.
- A proven track record of working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding, with evidence of driving revenue or commercial impact.
- Experience taking products, propositions or strategic ideas from concept through to execution.
- Strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape, including platforms such as Shopify.
- Understanding of UX, CRO, APIs, SEO, integrations and digital product development.
- The ability to work comfortably with designers, engineers and other technical specialists.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI to improve products, processes or ways of working.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
The key is someone who can hold the room with senior clients, understand the commercial problem they’re trying to solve and then work with technical and creative teams to turn that thinking into something deliverable!

Are you ready to take ownership of data, technology and AI across an entire business? This is an opportunity to bring multiple functions together, shape enterprise-wide data strategy and turn an established data infrastructure into a genuine driver of commercial growth!
The Company
This role is with a leading consumer insights and market research business, helping brands, agencies and media organisations understand consumer behaviour, attitudes, interests and purchasing habits. With a wealth of proprietary consumer data, established reporting capabilities and significant investment in its data infrastructure, the business is entering an exciting new phase; the focus is on connecting its existing capabilities, unlocking greater value from its data and embedding AI into how the organisation operates.
The Role
As Director of Data, you will lead the development of a centralised data function, bringing together data and analytics, engineering, architecture, enterprise systems and IT under a unified vision. Leading a team of approximately 20 people, you will build on existing foundations rather than start from scratch. Your focus will be on creating alignment across teams, establishing clear accountability and ensuring data and technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes. A key priority will be developing a single, 360-degree view of the customer, connecting data across the organisation to improve customer understanding, commercial decision-making and product development. You will also drive the adoption of AI across internal processes, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, automate workflows and deliver more personalised, data-driven experiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a centralised data function and a clear enterprise-wide data strategy.
- Leading and developing teams across data engineering, analytics, architecture, enterprise systems and IT.
- Creating a single customer view to connect customer behaviour, product usage and commercial data.
- Maximising the value of existing data platforms, reporting infrastructure and BI capabilities.
- Driving AI adoption and governance, identifying practical opportunities to improve business performance.
- Partnering with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy, pricing, marketing effectiveness and product decisions.
- Establishing strong data governance, architecture standards and accountability across the organisation.
- Building stakeholder alignment, making confident decisions and delivering tangible improvements at pace.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience leading data, analytics and engineering functions at Director, VP or equivalent senior leadership level.
- A strong background in B2C, consumer insights, customer data, market research or another data-rich environment.
- Experience bringing multiple technical or data-related teams together under a shared strategy.
- A strong understanding of data architecture, engineering, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Experience building a single customer view or connecting disparate data sources to improve customer understanding.
- A track record of translating data strategy into commercial value and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence executive leadership and drive organisational change.
- A hands-on leadership style, combining strategic vision with the technical judgement to challenge assumptions and make decisions.
- An understanding of how AI can be applied to internal data, reporting and business processes.
Experience in a high-growth or evolving technology-led business would be advantageous. The priority is finding a credible, commercially minded leader who can unite teams, establish direction and accelerate the value generated from data.
The Benefits
- £160,000-£180,000
- Bonus – up to 20%
