As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will own architecture and delivery across multiple workstreams for Intelligent Applications. You will define best practices for forward-deployed AI engagements, establish engineering standards and quality controls, and mentor engineers across multiple teams. You will play a key role in operationalizing LLM and agent-based solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, observable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple technical workstreams across frontend, API, and data layers, ensuring alignment, integration, and successful delivery.

The Company
A leading British fashion retailer with a strong high-street and online presence, serving millions of customers across the UK is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager to join on an initial 12-month contract! The business has made significant progress in how it uses customer data, moving towards a much more customer-led approach to decision-making across the organisation. This is an opportunity to join a growing analytics function at an exciting point in its development, helping the wider business better understand its customers and use data to drive commercial decisions.
The Role
As the Customer Analytics Manager, you will sit within the wider Customer Analytics function, working across customer behaviour, lifecycle, segmentation, retention, loyalty and profitability. This is a hands-on analytical role where you’ll own the customer analytics agenda, delivering insight that helps the business understand what its customers are doing, why they’re doing it and what this means commercially. You’ll lead customer reporting and deep-dive analysis, turning complex datasets into clear stories and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
You’ll also work across areas including:
- Customer lifecycle and health
- Customer segmentation and profiling
- Retention and loyalty
- Customer profitability and lifetime value
- Customer behaviour and trends
- Campaign and promotional effectiveness
- Advanced analytics and modelling
- Customer reporting and KPI development
You’ll be expected to go beyond simply producing analysis, building compelling customer narratives and helping stakeholders understand how customer behaviour connects to sales, retention and wider commercial performance. The role also has a small leadership element, with responsibility for managing 1-2 analysts. Previous formal line management experience isn’t essential, however experience mentoring or developing more junior analysts would be valuable.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in customer analytics, customer insight or a closely related analytical discipline
- Excellent SQL skills
- Strong data visualisation and storytelling capabilities
- Experience working with customer behaviour, segmentation, retention, loyalty, CLV or profitability
- Comfortable applying advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, regression and predictive modelling
- Experience with techniques such as k-means, random forest or linear regression would be beneficial
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in retail would be advantageous, but isn’t essential
- Previous line management experience is beneficial, but we are also open to Lead Analysts or Senior Analysts who have mentored or developed others

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale retrofit and domestic decarbonisation programme supporting low-income households across London. You will help shape programme delivery during a period of transformation, working with local authority partners, delivery organisations and residents to drive positive outcomes.

They are a purpose-led organisation delivering programmes that support sustainability, energy efficiency and community outcomes. Working across multiple partners and stakeholders, they help deliver initiatives that improve homes and reduce carbon emissions. As their programme evolves, they are seeking additional support to strengthen stakeholder engagement, programme coordination and resident experience.
The Role and Deliverables
- Lead communication and stakeholder engagement activity across a high-profile retrofit programme.
- Act as a key relationship manager for participating local authority partners and delivery organisations.
- Chair and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and clear actions.
- Identify programme risks, delivery challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of a new delivery model during a period of organisational change.
- Produce reports, briefings, presentations and communications while managing resident enquiries and complaints.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience managing complex programmes or projects and delivering against agreed objectives.
- Proven stakeholder and partnership management capabilities across multiple organisations.
- Experience working within local government, housing, sustainability, environmental or community-focused programmes.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear reports, briefings and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to manage sensitive resident, customer or community enquiries professionally and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
- Experience facilitating meetings and building productive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within a changing environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of retrofit, domestic decarbonisation, energy efficiency, grant-funded programmes or housing policy would be advantageous.
