The Role
You will:

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist, Product Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or similar analytics professional.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Strong Python or R capabilities for data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
- Experience building predictive models and applying analytical techniques to solve business problems.
- Understanding of customer journey analysis, funnel optimisation, retention analysis, and customer lifetime value metrics.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Experience working with modern data platforms and analytics engineering environments is beneficial.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong performance marketing leadership experience within a consumer-focused digital environment – ideally in the wellness space
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Deep understanding of paid media channels including platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and related acquisition channels
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Strong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, ROAS and customer payback metrics
- Ability to challenge constructively, influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic direction
- Experience operating within DTC, subscription, ecommerce or customer-led business models
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on understanding of channel performance

The Role
