This is an opportunity to join a major digital subscription business at a pivotal time. You’ll play a key role in delivering customer communications related to upcoming regulatory changes while helping shape the future of the organisation’s CRM capability through a comprehensive marketing technology review.
The Company

This contract will sit within a collaborative marketing function, working closely with CRM, retention, acquisition, development, and wider business stakeholders.
The Role and Deliverables
- Design and build customer journeys within Adobe Campaign v8 to support key business and customer communication initiatives.
- Develop and deliver API-triggered communications and transactional messaging programmes.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into effective technical CRM solutions.
- Partner with development teams to implement CRM enhancements and ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct a full review of the Adobe Campaign environment, workflows, and customer engagement processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimise CRM performance, audience targeting, and customer experiences across web and app channels.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign v8 across both web and mobile app environments.
- Proven capability in building email campaigns, customer journeys, workflows, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Experience with Message Centre and transactional email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of relational data models and Adobe landing pages.
- HTML email development skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge requirements and ask insightful questions.
- Ability to scope solutions and translate business objectives into technical delivery plans.
- Experience conducting platform audits, workflow reviews, or CRM technology assessments is advantageous.
- Administrative-level knowledge of Adobe Campaign environments is beneficial.
- Project management experience would be welcomed.
