The Role
As a Senior Analyst within the Sports Media Rights team, you will play a key role in expanding and maintaining a leading media rights intelligence product.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and enhancing databases covering global sports media rights agreements
  • Building and maintaining Excel-based models to support market analysis and forecasting
  • Conducting research into sports broadcasting, streaming, and media rights trends
  • Producing high-quality analytical reports, insights, and thought leadership content
  • Identifying and interpreting developments across the sports media landscape
  • Supporting commercial teams with client-facing analysis and industry expertise
  • Contributing to bespoke consulting and research projects for a range of stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience analysing sports media rights, sports business, broadcasting, or related markets
  • Excellent Excel skills, including data manipulation, modelling, and analytical problem-solving
  • Understanding of how sports media rights deals are structured, negotiated, and valued
  • Experience working with large datasets and transforming information into actionable insights
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly through written reports and presentations
  • Experience within a sports rights holder, broadcaster, agency, consultancy, research firm, or similar environment
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or other analytical tools would be beneficial but is not essential
